Start your edge protection project with a perfect 90 degree pre-fabricated SafeRail Corner Section of handrailing, comprising three square posts with bases, ergonomic Top Rail, round Mid-Rail and Kick Plate. Add SafeRail Add-on Sections to extend the rail to the length you need in each direction.

Make it your own
SafeRail Corner Sections can be made in a mix of grey and yellow – grey uprights with yellow top rail is a popular combination. You can also add infill panels made of grey or yellow SafeScreen machine guard mesh to discourage climbing and self-closing safety gates. SafeRail is the handrail system the Step on Safety teams prefer to work with and you’ll find it on almost all of our GRP fabrications from Step Overs to Staircases. It’s versatile and can be built to any configuration to suit corners, ramps and steps. You can build it yourself from scratch using SafeRail components or we can design and install it for you. When configured and installed correctly SafeRail handrails comply with BS 7818: 1995 – Specification for Pedestrian Restraint in Metal. NB: there is currently no safety standard for GRP handrails
